Hello, My husband & I just purchased our Lance Camper 1191 this weekend and have recently become LOA members! This forum stuff is all new to me, but I'll give it a shot! Wow, we are the little rally that could like the little train... I think I can, I think I can and now look where we are! Awesome! Is it time to start a conversation on a a schedule and suggestions on communal meals? There was a conversation on a breakfast but not sure what else has been discussed. if we have some suggestions, I will put together an itinerary to post in a common area. Friday afternoon/evening everyone will be arriving and setting up so an easy potluck of food and beverages...

Thanks Randy. We would have loved to have it for RITV 2016, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Dealer models first, and that maybe best, the assembly line maybe fine tuned by then. We're hoping for March. We've just spent 2 weeks detailing our 2285, shines like a new pair of patent leather shoes, even some new graphics!!! Will be good to see ALL of you in Oregon this Summer!! Attached is a YouTube link showing each individual campsites at LaPine State Park. Since the video starts with the cabins and sites 1,2, 3...., you may want to fast forward approx. 6 min. into the video to get to site 60 or so. There is no sound associated with this video. For Folks Attending the Rally I would recommend monitoring the smoke conditions in area. The meny fires in Northern California and Oregon have caused some health concerns.

Hello, my wife and I just bought a 2011 Lance 1985 after about a 2 year search. We are happy, but a little overwhelmed. I do not want to do anything wrong. We live in Damascus, Oregon Would anyone with a wealth of knowledge on this TT be interested in walking us through all the systems. I am not an idiot, but I want to take very good care of it. FYI: I met with Ron today. Their new to them 2011 1985 is in great shape. We went over some basics operational items. A lot of the questions brought back memories of when I was a new owner. I have offered to go camping with them (aka: a really small LOA gathering). :-) And......of course I showed him where the low point drains were located....as that was one of my first questions when joining the forum. LOL We had a great time and look forward to meeting up with Ron in the near future.

Oh NO!! The date will not work for us, we have High School Graduation that week and will not be able to attend. That is a beautiful park, we stay there often (went there right after the first of the year) and I know you will all enjoy your stay. There are only a couple of sites left in the entire park, if you have any interest I’d get it booked pretty soon, within the next few days. If you miss getting in you’ll have to watch the reservation site daily, they will get cancellations once in a while...

Rob! We gave one away at RITV 3. Joe they work very well and a number of my Lance friends have installed them. One installed one in his 2285 with a 15k btu and runs it with a Honda 2000i. If caught in a hot area, we find an RV park with hookups! Happy Campers BobnRobin

What an outstanding, memorable weekend!! Rob, you hit it out of the park! As you probably assumed, I was intrigued by your photography and the ham radio setup you had up there. It was absolutely fascinating watching your efforts to get the best shots of the birds and the communication with folks all over the western hemisphere via your radio and wire set up in the trees! I truly enjoyed the weekend!!!
