We are able to make the event.  We will get there Saturday July 20 and have reserved site S11.

We regret that we will not be able to attend the get-together in July.  Wesley's appointment with a new oncologist has been moved up from early August, and we will be flying out of state for the appointment.

Perhaps we will have the pleasure of meeting with you in the future.

This morning, we reserved site 56 through Reserve America.  We noticed that many sites in the park are already reserved, so it would be a good idea to book early.
