We'll have ours at the Oregon Rally. We used it for a week in Yosemite in April and spent about half of our in-camp time in it. No insects or critters got in. Except me of course.....

Thanks Randy. We would have loved to have it for RITV 2016, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Dealer models first, and that maybe best, the assembly line maybe fine tuned by then. We're hoping for March. We've just spent 2 weeks detailing our 2285, shines like a new pair of patent leather shoes, even some new graphics!!! Will be good to see ALL of you in Oregon this Summer!! For Folks Attending the Rally I would recommend monitoring the smoke conditions in area. The meny fires in Northern California and Oregon have caused some health concerns.

Hello, my wife and I just bought a 2011 Lance 1985 after about a 2 year search. We are happy, but a little overwhelmed. I do not want to do anything wrong. We live in Damascus, Oregon Would anyone with a wealth of knowledge on this TT be interested in walking us through all the systems. I am not an idiot, but I want to take very good care of it. Hey @RonK , welcome to LOA and the Lance Life. I noticed you posted your question in a thread tracking a Lance rally. Were you on the list to attend? If yes, we have dozens of people who would love to take you through your systems at the rally. If you were not attending, I assume you are looking for someone to stop by who lives close. FYI: I met with Ron today. Their new to them 2011 1985 is in great shape. We went over some basics operational items. A lot of the questions brought back memories of when I was a new owner. I have offered to go camping with them (aka: a really small LOA gathering). :-) And......of course I showed him where the low point drains were located....as that was one of my first questions when joining the forum. LOL We had a great time and look forward to meeting up with Ron in the near future.

Looks like I'm the first one back from the Oregon Rally. We were only 4 hours drive from the Rally. Wife and I met a bunch of great folks that I would camp with again in heartbeat. Chuck and Patti were fantastic host at this event. I would like say many thanks to WoodGlue for allowing us to use her site. Initially we had reserved in the F loop which would have put us so far that it would have been like camping alone. These loops are not joined at all, sometimes some loops are close, but not...

While we were at the Summer in Oregon Rally we drove over to Florence to visit Bike Friday, where their folding bicycles are made. Expensive compared to others mentioned on this forum, but if you want a folding bicycle that can travel beyond the campground, you will find it at Bike Friday. They are built to fit your specifications. Check out their website if you want additional info.
