I got an off-the-shelf ADCO cover for my 1685 with the Tyvek roof section off of Amazon. After constant exposure to the sun, the only thing left intact was the Tyvek portion. The rest of it just started to disintegrate on the sunny side of the trailer. We bought another one hoping for better results and ended up with the same result. I submitted a warranty claim since it was only 2 years old. They agreed to replace the cover but suggested I upgrade to the full-Tyvek version. I wasn't aware that was an option. They said it was a custom cover. So, we went for it (got a discount because of the warranty claim). The new cover is completely white and fits my 1685 like a glove. I'm quite happy because it has less material due to fitting better (and possibly lighter) and therefore when I install or remove it there is less to wrangle. I've only had it a couple of months but I can tell it is a winner. My wife claims the zippers for door access (all white) are higher quality. I'm hoping to get more life out of this cover.

Thanks for the info I will look iinto it. Just got a quote from Calmark almost 1200 for 6 year waranty.
I haven't a clue how much they would charge outright. We paid about $399 for the new custom Tyvek cover given the discount due to warranty claim. They were very nice to deal with. I even had the designer call me up to confirm the shape of the front of my trailer since mine is a 2015 not 2015.5 and he wanted to make sure mine was not rounded (it isn't). I told him I was impressed that he took the time to be sure. They said it would take 6 weeks but we had it in-hand in 3 weeks. The other thing is that we are only using one under-belly strap on each end and nothing along the middle. The cover fits so well that the others are not needed. The cover has been through some high winds and didn't budge. They shipped a ladder cover that isn't needed with the Lance ladder so I used it to cover the TV antenna. Quite happy now.

Hello...following this post. We bought one similar to the OP and just as reported it only lasted two winters. I'm wondering as a follow-up how the one made with Tyvek is working out for the OP?? I took a WAG at the length of our TT and came up with a cost of nearly $800 for a new, Tyvek cover.

Could you share the company and whatever info is required to order one?
No link available. Can you just tell me the company? I have the same trailer except a 2021. Any info appreciated.

Here is a link that has info on the custom RV covers from ADCO.

We got the custom "Tyvek RV" cover that is all white. I told them the year and model number of our Lance and they created an exact fit. It literally fits like a glove. I can install and remove by myself since it fits so well compared to the off-the-shelf cover we bought previously that fit loosely and had extra material. Only time will tell if it will hold up but as I mentioned previously, the Tyvek part of our 2 previous covers was always solid over time. I am hopeful and quite happy with it so far.

Thanks Stepper. We will order one and check it out. Appreciate the info.

Our ADCO Custom cover with Sunbrella fabric is almost five years old. I cleaned the mold off with 1.5 cups of bleach and 1/4 cup of dish detergent per gallon of water a week ago but the process may have damaged the fabric. It feels dry and thin relative to how it usually felt. Started looking for a replacement in the event we need one. Got a $1,472 + S&H quote from CalMark for their new Weathermax RV fabric; they say that they can’t get Sunbrella fabric right now due to supply chain problems. Looks like a new ADCO Custom cover with Sunbrella fabric will be ~ $660 less than a Calmark cover. Has anyone had both? Really good mold resistance might be worth the added cost of a Calmark cover for us. In our experience, Sunbrella will get moldy but it will also outlast the thread material. My only complaints with our ADCO Custom cover is the zipper thread let go around year three but that was repaired under warranty and the velcro at the bottom of the entry way flap will not last more than 3-4 years.

I just had the ADCO 36839 die on us, was using it on a 2019 1575. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09HR9GRYS
Did not even make it through the 3rd winter. The stitching had all but disintegrated and the grey sections of the cover were brittle. We had a wind storm last week and it was toast.
Was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a brand other than ADCO that is worth trying?
