Our trailer is a 2016 - it came with this thermostat.

IMG_20250329_101557890I'm betting quite a few Lances have the same one - ours still works fine, but it is difficult for my tired old eyes to see the temp as it is not backlit, especially at night. I've been looking off and on for a replacement and stumbled on to this one.

It has all of the functionality of the old one, the dial controls everything - rotate the dial to whatever setting you want - heat/cool/fan - then press the dial to fine tune that selection. Happy so far with it - about $45.

And - it is backlit - just move the dial.

I can't give much of a review yet as it has only been installed for a couple of days so far - pretty easy to change over.

If it works as well as it looks you should have a winner.

At about 2:00 every morning, my little dog and I both need to answer natures call - actually, I answer it a few times each night; during those calls, I am usually adjusting the thermostat - it's usually set too high for me - but without a light source of some type I'm just guessing how much I need to bump it - this new unit will eliminate that.

Nice. I like the look a lot more than the old style. Although I really want a Bluetooth version so I can be extra lazy and change the temp from bed.

Micro Air makes a fairly advanced thermostat, I'm not real familiar with it, I think it works on WiFi, not sure about Bluetooth.

Very nice units, I think they are around $260.

The MicroAir EasyTouch is both Bluetooth and WiFi.  It’s a wonderful thermostat and what’s nice about it is that it’s programmable, so you can set it to change the temp instead of fumbling around in the middle of the night.

But as you pointed out, it’s a lot more expensive than the Coleman Mach one you found.  It sure looks nicer than the one that was in my old 1685 and while I might have been tempted once, I just LOVE my MicroAir.

We spoke about the MicroAir thermostat, I have been eyeballing one now for a while, it's a great device and I love the features as well.

I'm not really sure why I never got around to buying one, but for now at least, the newer Coleman Mach unit will get me out of the stone age.

I just checked the link that Eric posted for the MicroAir unit, pretty good price here at LOA for one.
