I haven't a clue how much they would charge outright. We paid about $399 for the new custom Tyvek cover given the discount due to warranty claim. They were very nice to deal with. I even had the designer call me up to confirm the shape of the front of my trailer since mine is a 2015 not 2015.5 and he wanted to make sure mine was not rounded (it isn't). I told him I was impressed that he took the time to be sure. They said it would take 6 weeks but we had it in-hand in 3 weeks. The other thing is that we are only using one under-belly strap on each end and nothing along the middle. The cover fits so well that the others are not needed. The cover has been through some high winds and didn't budge. They shipped a ladder cover that isn't needed with the Lance ladder so I used it to cover the TV antenna. Quite happy now.
