Re: Smokey Mountain Rendezvous - May 17 to May 21, 2017
I mentioned in another post that Marcia and I plan to attend. However, we'll probably arrive on the 16th and have to depart sometime on the 18th or early 19th because of a planned Hangar party on the east coast of NC on the 20th. It's about 500 miles across mountainous NC.

Re: 1st Annual Door County Color Gathering
Is your place REALLY, REALLY large dog friendly? I can't go anywhere without my beast. See - she already has her winter wardrobe.

Re: 1st Annual Door County Color Gathering
Maybe next year... Because of recent back surgery, we're getting off to a late start this year and are contemplating being at Cape Breton NS during that October time frame.

Re: 1st Annual Door County Color Gathering
We have 3 large (sorta) dogs, but we have guests with dogs camping here all the time and never had a problem. They are very friendly with man and beast.

LEE AND LORIE- As a pure coincidence, we will be at Peninsula State Park, just up the road from you, on 9 & 10 October. If your event is still on, we would like to stop by and visit with everyone. -Grayden

Marcia @acmaintainer and I sorta talked about going after we cancelled our plans of attending the Cape Breton Island NS Celtic Music Fest. Several truck problems have us turning south now.

This is out on the coast, you can still walk around but you can no longer go up the lighthouse. just north you can see the old highway, also a great dog friendly beach. Hope you guys get some time to check it out.

Re: Lance Factory Tour and BBQ Rally
Eric, Since I'm fortunate to live about 4 miles from the factory, in Lancaster, I would like to attend the tour with ya'll on Friday, September 26. Please let me know if that's possible. Look forward to meeting new Lance Owners. FYI! Also those of you with dogs, four legged kids, and maybe need a place to safely leave them for a few hours, doggie day care. There is a great kennel about 1 1/2 miles from the factory. It's call Canine Country Club 42116 4th St East Lancaster, Ca. 93535 ...

Re: First Trip In 1685
We just camped on Kenosha Pass (above South Park, east of Fairplay) with our new 2285. Great trip! Pulling the trailer with our Lexus GX470 proved to be no problem! Have camped for many years in South Park (we're virtually natives); one of the greatest places to camp/hike/bike in Colorado!
