2020 1995, should I get the front window auto weave before prices go up?

Simple answer, yes. You don’t have to fret about the window being damaged; it adds one more insulating layer to ward off heat or cold.
As I commented in another post:
Don't wait too long before deciding. I was in the same thought process when a rock hit and broke the front window. Repair estimate: $750, 4–8 weeks window lead time. If I would've have been a little more proactive, I would have bought a cover sooner for $350, but still less that $500 deductible. Got one now.
I added the AutoWeave at our first campground stop with the new trailer. I ordered it before we picked up the trailer. I mean, if you think the window needs protection, do you think the stray rock is going to wait until x many trips? Like going to a hockey game: if you miss the first minute, you could miss all the scoring.
Yes. It is good insurance and insulation.
if we had not made our own Lexan shield (which we love) right after we got our trailer we might have gotten an AutoWeave. And it is so easy now they are a vendor here on LOA.
Or for under $100 a Lexan window cover with Industrial Velcro is the other option. Equal protection, no unsightly snads and a clear view 100% of the time without taking a cover on and off. This one is 5 years old and still protecting. JMHO

The one in the LOA shop is Autoweave, not Lexan.

It has a .093 thickness and molds itself to the contour of the window, being held in place by a perimeter of 1" wide industrial Velcro. Five years now and still looking good.
