Re: Informal Lance Get Together at Woods Canyon Lake AZ "Aspen Campground" - June 2018
I’m glad everyone had such a good time last year. We consider it our little corner of the world and the best escape from the heat of the valley. We will be back at our usual site but we would rather not host every night. We could do one night and it would be nice if anyone that shows up would like to host any additional evening get togethers. We enjoyed meeting everyone last year and had some good laughs and great weather. June weather is almost always the best of the entire season. We will...

Attwood Jack and Control Replacements (No longer available)
Lippert bought out the Attwood jack line and are no longer supporting them. Consequently, they will no longer be available! I called a Lippert rep and he stated they still have a few Attwood jacks in stock, but they are only using them for warranty purposes. I then called Mike Williams with Lance and he also stated that the few they have are primarily for warranty issues. So, Attwood Jacks, if not already, will no longer available . This is remarkable considering there are thousands of...

Re: 2014 Midwest Truck Camper Rally
It is posted under the rallies section, there is also a link there that will take you to more details of the rally. If you would like even more details please send us your email address, so I can send you information on where I have the main post at. Due to it being at another website, I have not been given the OK from LOA as to post the other website to the public. I can send to you in private though. From Tammie(the other half) Host and Rally Organizer

Re: SUMMER CAMPING IN OREGON RALLY
Looks like I'm the first one back from the Oregon Rally. We were only 4 hours drive from the Rally. Wife and I met a bunch of great folks that I would camp with again in heartbeat. Chuck and Patti were fantastic host at this event. I would like say many thanks to WoodGlue for allowing us to use her site. Initially we had reserved in the F loop which would have put us so far that it would have been like camping alone. These loops are not joined at all, sometimes some loops are close, but not...

Re: Carefree Awning Support Poles
Carefree's aren't the only ones that get wrapped up by the wind. Last spring at Chalk Lake CG our neighbor's awning was wrapped up over the top of their camper by one of those down-canyon wind gusts. They were not in camp when it happened. I'm reeeeally reluctant to touch someone else's stuff and the camp host felt the same way. However I had a bit of line and tossed it over their camper, tying it off to a wheel and whatever else was on the other side to keep another gust from using it to...

Re: Collection @ Quartzite Jan 17-24, 2019
We love camping on the BLM land at Quartzite hope to join the group at that time please send GPS coordinate. When we go we like to stay at Dome Rock BLM campground. Very quite and peaceful lots of open space and not far from town. Free to stay there up to two weeks just have to register with the host and then park anywhere you want. The ground is hard pack so you dont have to worry about getting stuck in the sand. Also there is places in town to get water and depending on how long you plan...

We will be gathering just SE of town N33.663742, W114.185732 There is a host for that area but we saw last year that very few actually registered with them. The area is hard pack.
