Wife bought this alarm clock for our house. But after I opened the box, I knew it will be going into the Lance 975. It is a nice size with large LED readouts that can be seen without glasses. The display can be 0-100% dimmed.
But the big selling point is.....it is powered by a USB port cable. So, we plug it in into the bedroom's 5V USB outlet. The clock is on all the time while traveling or boondocking. Not sure what the current draw is, but I don't think it would be an issue.
Another nice feature is...it has an extra USB port on the back of the clock in case you need to charge up your phone.
