Found this electric tongue jack cover on Amazon that is really nice!
A little more expensive at $39.99 but has windows to see the level, switches and light. Also has trailer chain hook loops and a pouch to put the trailer wire harness into. Can also be locked to the jack with a padlock.
Much nicer than a Home Depot bucket and the look of this is much better than the regular plastic vinyl bag that is just stuck on top.
They say not to tow with it on, but that is because the chain loops are loose so they would bounce around. If you could find a way to keep them contained, you could leave it on while you tow. Especially since it locks onto the jack.
