I was waiting in line at my local Starbucks and noticed a set of interesting ice trays. The set includes three pieces made of a rubbery material. The first piece makes regular ice cubes. The second piece makes ice the size of crushed ice. The third piece is a cover (see pics). What caught my attention is the size. My TC refrigerator came with a standard ice tray for the freezer that makes no sense size wise. It only fits length wise (i.e., side to side), which makes it hard to slide anything else into the freezer. The Starbucks ice trays would fit in width wise (i.e., front to back). In addition, if you were tight on space, you could just use the narrow crushed ice tray only. The set is pricey at $15. But it might work well for ice making in our small freezer compartments. Not sure this ice cube set is sold at all Starbucks, but keep an eye out next time you're waiting in line for your cup of Joe.

You're most welcome. A quick follow-up. Because they are made out of a rubbery material, they're a bit tricky to fill and place in the freezer. Also, if you fill the crushed ice tray by just pouring water into it, the level may be too high to accommodate the lid. When I put the lid on, it squirted out some water. When I slid them into my home freezer, some water spilled out because the shelf was not completely flat and level. So, these trays are not as forgiving as a regular, hard plastic tray. So, fill them and put the lid on in a sink, and then make sure there's a level place in the freezer for them. I plan to freeze up some ice in the home frig and then transfer them to the camper.
