My schwintech motor failed on my 1172. So after being on the phone with them to bypass the motor. No way this was going to happen. It was the rear slide could not get into the unit Had to put a child into the storage bay and open the exit window. I ordered a 16 1172 and want the happyjac system put in. But am told all they use is shwintech. alltho Mike Williams said they use both The dealer told me that all they use is schwintech Anyone hear of this? Thanks

Early 2015 Lance 1172's use Schwintek slides.
Later model 2015 Lance 1172's and 2016 Lance 1172's use a Schwintek on the rear slide and a Happijac slide system on the side (dinette/frig).

Not 100% positive, but it sure looks like a HappiJac Secure-Trac system. Guess I'm 99% sure it's a HappiJac.
