Just wondering if there is anyone out there who has used this product to seal around vents and etc. on roof of their Lance. Does it work? Long term experience?

Yes, I have used it with success. It is imperative the area be fee of any loose material and be clean. I cleaned ours with alcohol. Use a roller to roll the edges of the tape flat with minimal creases. Eternabond tape is expensive but I use overkill and went for 3” tape rather than 2” to give maximum seal around skylights and vents.
