Hi All,

In case anyone is wondering, we absolutely love the Bed-Maid Sleeping Set.  We had a difficult time finding any information on it, and no one seemed to be promoting it when we bought our 1685 in February.  My husband was really skeptical about it, but he decided to indulge me on it; turns out he loves it too!  It's two sleeping bags you zip together, except one side is "summer" and lighter weight, while the other side is "winter", and heavier weight, so as it changes seasons you merely flip the sleeping bags over so the other side is up.  It comes with one set of sheets that are velcroed in to the sleeping bags.  When we wash the sheets, I make sure it's on cold so they don't shrink

We have used a queen size Travasak since the late 80s which I imagine is similar to a Bed Maid.  Unfortunately, Travasak is out of business they are no longer available.  The Travasak has a summer side and a winter side with real sheets inside attached with Velcro and are easily removable and washable. It's a no hassle way to make up the bed in the overhead bedroom of a truck camper.  My wife hasn't struggled with bed making in a camper in nearly 30 years.

Cool Randy. Now just buy two flat sheets with high thread count and sew Velcro in the right spots and you have a second set of sheets. Yippeee!

And that we did. RITV will be our first trying out of the new and improved, higher thread count sheets for the Bedmaid.
