Hi being new I was wondering if we could have a LOA get together further north? I don't want to be a bummer but driving 600 miles and staying 3 days seems crazy. There are many beautiful rv parks in northern Ca. there is Bodega Bay (the birds) and petaluma KOA near the wine country and 30 min from San Fransisco and Casini ranch on the russian river by Jenner and the rugged sonoma coastline. just a thought, I know there are plenty of Lance owners in northern CA. I am not knocking Pismo Beach...

FYI: I met with Ron today. Their new to them 2011 1985 is in great shape. We went over some basics operational items. A lot of the questions brought back memories of when I was a new owner. I have offered to go camping with them (aka: a really small LOA gathering). :-) And......of course I showed him where the low point drains were located....as that was one of my first questions when joining the forum. LOL We had a great time and look forward to meeting up with Ron in the near future.

We've hemmed and hawed for 7 years or so on getting a kayak. Hard shell? Sit-on-top? Inflatable? Transporting? Solo or tandem? ?? I purchased the Swagman RV Ladder Bike Rack on Amazon for about $60. Not having the option of mounting a bumper bike rack and not wanting to add to the tounge wieght with a front end mount, I figured this was the best option for me and my 2017 Lance 2185.
