Grumpa, I have to think there is something going on with your cover - agree, take it back under warranty. In your photo it looks almost like dry rot. We're in the second winter of using our ADCO cover, and we don't have anything like that. We do have a hole worn in the driver rear corner, but that's because I haven't padded it well enough. Ok, I found 39 seconds this evening and popped up the screen room. The panels fit perfectly and are equally as fast & easy to install/take down. 1) 2 panels from the outside. 2) A corner of a panel disconnected (velcro & hook). 3) Panels from the inside.

Yes, it's illegal in California (and a bunch of other states) to suction cup mount anything to the right hand side of the drivers wheel. It looks like California may have amended the law - they now allow you to mount something in the lower left corner of the windshield.
