Re: Honda EU2000i Generator Review
I recently sold another type of small motor Honda that has been beat on, neglected, and abused in harsh environments for over 30 years! (Only about 10 years by me) I think I changed the oil 3 or 4 times in that 10 years. Bike didn't cost me much, and I just wanted to ride. Found out when I was selling it that I had cracked the frame (1985 Suspension technology ain't what it is today) but that motor simply will... not... die. Yeah, I think you'll get your money's worth out of your Honda.

Re: VIAIR 400P Automatic Function Portable Compressor
Erick, Great write up on the ViaAir I have been looking at this ViaAir 400P for sometime for my 2013 truck. I have an ExtremeAire compressor that I installed in 2004 that is been flawless in my 1999 Truck. I went through several smaller (read as broke) units before installing the ExtremeAire. I am wondering if anybody has used one of these ViaAir products over a say 10 year period and how has it held up? The downside of the ExtremeAire is the amount of power it draws and associated $$.

excapt hatch for a 1172
I just purchased a 2013, 1172 with hail damage. I am looking for the large hatch approx 25'' x 32''. I called the dealer and they want $1100 for to whole unit. I only need the plastic cover. There must be a lot of owners needing just the cover from hail, wind or any other type of damage. I also am looking for the emergency switch to shut off the motor to the slide and the access and crank to run it manually it needed. I do not see any place for it. The book says its got a switch to shut off...

Re: Good Sam RV GPS
Yes, it's illegal in California (and a bunch of other states) to suction cup mount anything to the right hand side of the drivers wheel. It looks like California may have amended the law - they now allow you to mount something in the lower left corner of the windshield. But what does "door to door operation" actually mean (see below) https://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/vctop/d12/vc26708.htm Google: "GPS mounting state laws" and find the info for your own state, and the states that you plan to visit!
