Hi Dave & Jerri, RITV stands for Rally in the Valley. It a rally at White Tank Mountain reginial park near Surprise, AZ. There is a thread in the Rally section of the forum. The Quartzsite get to gether was started last year for those on their way to the RITV. Just a few extra day of Lance owners camping with other Lance owners. We are planning a trip to Utah soon to meet two of my daughters and SIL. They all have portable gas grills that use the 1 pound bottles. We plan on doing lots of grilling. One SIL prepares a dynamite Grilled Shrimp dish. First the Bacon is cooked about 90%. Each Shrimp is peeled, deveined and a slightly hot Jalapeno is inserted.
