My husband and I have the Expressway folding bike made by Giant. We both find them to be really fun and comfortable to ride. We are planning a trip to Utah soon to meet two of my daughters and SIL. They all have portable gas grills that use the 1 pound bottles. We plan on doing lots of grilling. One SIL prepares a dynamite Grilled Shrimp dish. First the Bacon is cooked about 90%. Each Shrimp is peeled, deveined and a slightly hot Jalapeno is inserted.
