Re: Northern CA LOA rally - 1/17/14 to 1/19/14 (1/20 for some)
i missed the online booking window...late as usual! i'll probably come up thursday and leave saturday. i'd hate to arrive friday on a holiday weekend and find all the good "first come, first serve" site taken. if there is a way i can hold sites for other "first come, first serve" campers, i'd be happy to do that. i have no problem paying in advance for anyone here. unfortunately, i require a complex diet due to kidney failure, so i'll be out for the group meals. i will however bring plenty...

AP Products Slimshade Door Window
I recently installed the AP Products Slimshade Door Windows on booth doors on my 2017 2185. Total install time was about 30 minutes for two windows. You will need some painters tape and a helper to hold the glass while you tighten the screws. I love the look of all tinted windows and being able to be able to see out of the doors adds an open feeling. The built in shade is great for privacy and keeping sunlight out. I purchased on Amazon for about $90 a piece. I highly recommend the windows.

Re: Clam Six Pack 1660 Mag Screen Tent (or the Worlds easiest/fastest screen room)
Taking our new Clam with us today to Yosemite for a week. This will be the maiden flight for our Clam. Can't wait to try it out. BTW, we bought three panels also - looks like Red's panels are solid - no window. Ours came with a large roll up window in each panel.

We have been hauling our new Clam throughout the PNW. Set it up once at the SCIO rally just to check it out and reaffirm I could pop it up in less than 5 minutes. LOL This screen room is a great mosquito repellent. They seem to see it laying on the table and fly away. Since purchasing this Clam, mosquitos have been pretty much non existent. When we were at Fort Stevens SP, someone had a very similar structure that came from Cabelas. Same pop out panels and roof but it also had window flaps...
