Home unpacking. Just took a few pictures although full spec's. are in my opening post. My wife is 5', 2" and has no problem due to the pull straps that are attached to the screen room.

Don - Sorry that I missed your first post when you received the defective screen room. Glad to hear that the replacement is all good and functioning properly.
