Re: 3rd Annual Shingletown/Northern California Rally
For Folks Attending the Rally I would recommend monitoring the smoke conditions in area. The meny fires in Northern California and Oregon have caused some health concerns.

Re: Lance Factory Tour and BBQ Rally
Eric, we paid for 3 nights - 1 dry and 2 wet (and if we're coming to California, chances are it will rain). I obviously missed the note about picking a spot when I registered, so I assume I have been assigned a spot. I'm okay with that. Any chance you know at this time which spot(s) that would be? (I think I asked you this question earlier on the wrong forum). Thanks for any info Eric. Rochelle "make the moost out of life"

Re: Lance Factory Tour and BBQ Rally
Looking forward to the rally, and seeing a caravan of Lances headed down I5 from northern California. If anyone wants to caravan and meet up along the way, text us at 925-783-3099. Two more days of work until meeting new friends and seeing some old friends.

Re: Ocean Grove 2nd Annual Lance Camper Rally
Linda and I are driving over from San Antonio, Tx to visit a couple of cousins and a friend Linda used to work with here in San Antonio. I was excited to see the announcement for the rally and signed up for it. We attended the LOA rally and factory tour last Sept. in California and really enjoyed that so thought we would give this one a try. We are in site E127.

Re: 1st Annual Great Plains Gathering
Jackalope, Please accept my apology for not seeing your post earlier. I have watched the 1st Annual Great Plains Gathering thread daily, but have forgotten to watch this one. Most of the activity is on that thread. Anyway, I am glad you were able to snag that spot, and I'm looking forward to seeing you there. You may want to read what is on that thread if you have the time. It is quite lengthy. Here is a recap of the events and instructions. It's fairly loosely organized. Thursday Sept. 21:...

Re: The Superior Rally 2021
We really hope this works out for us----I was born and raised up there and my husband was an MTU grad and taught there for several years so he considers himself a Yooper too. Unfortunately, it's a really long drive from California.

Re: Rally on Vancouver Island!!
We have travelled to the Coachella valley every year until Covid kept us home. Our usual route was a short drive from Gabriola to Victoria, clear customs at the Coho loading area in Victoria and then sail to Port Angeles where we had a cursory stop at US customs and the onto the 101, down the coast, over the Golden Gate and down the California coast to Santa Barbara and east into the dessert country. We often took 8-10 days and arrived in Desert Hot Spring just after New Year. We avoided the...

Bruce there are plenty of rallies in Northern California (see Shingletown happening next week) and on the West Coast...check out the Summer Camping in Oregon just to name one more. This one is for Vancouver Island....I hope you can consider attending. I think you will see the island is a beautiful place! Sorry we will miss you Dogwood and Cedar but enjoy Alaska and hope to see you the next year!
