"Don't ever climb the ladder again!"

My Experience:

I met Dave and Christine the owners of Flag Pole Buddy at the California RV Show in Pomona in October.  I have wanted a flag Pole for awhile and did a lot of research into what RVers were using.  Flag Pole Buddy was recommendation by everyone I met that had a flag Pole on their RV or trailer.  I managed to get a deal for the Flag Pole Buddy 2.0 kit with a 22’ Flag Pole, an American Flag, Mount, Lance ladder adapters, solar LED beacon light and light adapter for $185.

Install was much easier once I used my home ladder.  I tried balancing and using one arm to mount the brackets and it took too long.  The Lance adapters worked as advertised for the larger diameter pole.  NOTE: If you order on don’t forget to add the Lance ladder adapters.  I addded my LOA flag and it looks great.  This is my first weekend with it hooked up with Flags Flying and I have received some compliments and even had a Lance owner asked my what the LOA flag was.  The beacon is really cool, charges by solar and is visible across the campground.  I highly recommend the Flag Pole Buddy.  Worth the money and in my opinion is the best flag Pole on the market.

I have had my Lagpole buddy for a few years now,  and its the first time I pulled out in about 3 years. Some sections I can't pull it out far enough to see the holes to put the pins into. The last sections are the ones that are not sliding out enough, any advice for those that have the fiberglass one.

UPDATE: Dave from Flag Buddy called me up on Friday, to explain to me that version 2.0 has a safety pin at each section, and to tell me that that his new flag pole flag ring are better that the last ones he had. These are 3-D printed 2 piece Made in the USA, instead of these 3 piece made in China that fall apart..  If you need to get some new flag pole rings to replace the junk ones go ahead.
