Hi,
Has anybody else had trouble with the burners coming loose on this Dometic R31?
I need to find some of the screws that are used to hold the burners down. (2 per burner) Any advice helpful. Thanks

Actually I see the model listed as 50445
Yes, I too had major issues with the burner caps coming loose. The final straw was when I was cooking, it blew up with me in the trailer. Read my account and you may wanna simply do yourself a BIG favor and get rid of that POS.
Regarding loose screws , No this is not a political post, I searched on Amazon for heat resistant thread locker and I found one name Hot Lock. Specs say it is good to 2000F. About $12 per bottle. I may try this along with slightly longer screws and lock washers

Thank you all... Which is a good stove for replacement? Although I like some of Dometic products I have had some "minor" problems with other products and with no parts in sight. It would be great to find a slip-in replacement with responsible service.
Thanks again
I disagree that this is "not a political post". I believe the the burner caps coming loose with loose screws is clearly from the 'independent' party.... I did notice how independent the burner cap was with respect to the stove!!

Read all the way through the thread I linked to up above. It shows which range I substituted along with another link describing the installation and tips of my own. Overall, if you're somewhat handy with tools, it's not that big a deal. I even supplied a link to the seller I purchased from. They were by far the least expensive and charged no sales tax and gave free shipping.
I am sorry I don't see the replacement note.
Possibly I cannot follow the thread properly?
Thanks
The original screws calls for M3 x 20mm but I use M3 x 25mm for more thread tighten. You may want to use Loctite thread locker as well.

Thanks I have the screws in sight but not the replacement stove.
From all I read that may be essential due to this poor design.
