Update: I called the adco hotline, they asked that I e-mail pics which I did on the 18th and there claim dept. called today and said they would send another cover out to me. So there warrantee is good and I have no complaints. (cept maybee that when I took a pic of the warrantee label on the cover it said..... you guessed it. Made in china.)

The problem with using ethanol enriched fuel in small engines is the fuel does not cycle through like it does in a motor vehicle. That fuel can sit in any small engine for months, and some are designed with alcohol proof hoses and tubing and some are not. The receptacles are 20 amp. Page 12 of the manual.(or look at the plug-NEMA 20 amp ) No need for the companion unless you are paralleling 2 generators or like the twistlok 30 amp plug.
