Re: Clam Six Pack 1660 Mag Screen Tent (or the Worlds easiest/fastest screen room)

Terry Gfeller ·
We have a safety incentive program at work and for every month we work without injury (or killing a foreman) we get a prize. The prize gets bigger with every consecutive month that goes by without injury. Late last fall the company gave everyone one of those clam screen tents. It seemed very well made but fairly bulky and going into winter did not hit the top of the best gift ever list at work. We joked that with enough duct tape you could convert it to an icefishing tent. A few people were...

This has been one of our favorite 'add ons'/expenses! We opted for the pavilion with wind panels and have loved it. Thanks to Jeff and others for paving the way. Here is a newer video. Great for bug free/shaded space; dining and can be used for sleeping for 'company'. https://www.youtube.com/watch?...hXIa9cppw&sns=em

Will the Pavillion store in the forward locker or is it to long? (Our 1575 will not have the "coffin".)

Thanks Randy. We would have loved to have it for RITV 2016, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Dealer models first, and that maybe best, the assembly line maybe fine tuned by then. We're hoping for March. We've just spent 2 weeks detailing our 2285, shines like a new pair of patent leather shoes, even some new graphics!!! Will be good to see ALL of you in Oregon this Summer!! Happy Camping BobnRobin

Re: Sistema Easy Egg Microwave Cooker

Carrie Johnson ·
Yes, the "32 ounce" size. Plenty of space to stir the contents before putting it in the microwave. Also works well with firm veggies like carrots and broccoli. Just put them in wet from being washed and they cook beautifully. (Or add a tiny bit of water if you buy them ready to cook.). I'm an energetic mixer, so always like a bowl with a little space in it. Haven't tried the bowl with actual noodle soup in it, lol.

Looks a little creepy to me. I had visions of Invasion of the Body Satchers or some sort of space-time portal. Actually, that might make a good movie. An itinerat RVer by day, time traveling super hero by night. Going where no man has gone before (groan) I know bad pun. Seriously, as GRUMPA points out, it is going to get nasty. I don't don't think I would want to change the batteries in it. A stick-on motion sensing light on the wall is how I would go too. And yet anothe pun, sorry.. Linn

You can also use a backing block in the cabinet inside. Makes for a much stronger clamping connection but does interfere with interior space. Bob in Texas
