Sorry to hear that your Tailgater is having issues in the rain. I hope you don't live or camp in the pacific northwest. I live and camp mostly in sunny SoCal, so rain is rarely an issue. Happy camping!

RSI Smartcap
Just a preliminary review, only had it for 3 days so far... Got an RSI Smartcap installed on my F-150 this week. The Smartcap is a canopy manufactured in South Africa. Pros: Made of stainless steel, not fiberglass. Custom version available for many newer truck models. Weighs less than fiberglass, ~200 lbs. Integrated rails for attaching racks or other items to the top. Very strong, can hold 330 lbs on top while moving, 770 lbs stationary. Sides feature gullwing glass panels that flip up,...

We camp 3 seasons in the northwest and that means condensation here in the Pacific North Wet. We also experience lots of condensation. What works for us so far is this. We don't worry about anything that creates condensation. We know we will make it. We use whatever we need to. In the mornings, once we have had our coffee, we crack most or all of the windows for several hours, even if its raining. Then when we come home I plug in a serious dehumidifier. The little desk top ones aren't worth...

Curse you :-) I had an original Traeger made in the northwest - loved it til it rusted out... Now am a BGE fan. So I bring our smokey joe Webber - not as good though as the BGE... I would say you must attract quite the crowd with the pellet smoking - it is awesome!
