TST TPMS New and Improved Wide Screen Color Monitor

I just received my TST Wide Screen color monitor yesterday and got it up and running on the bench. Wow! The display is real nice with larger digits and added color. However, I do have a few issues I'd like to report. The new monitor is now powered by a 5 volt mini plug just like what one uses for their smart phone (Android, not Apple). This presents a challenge as I had the previous 12 volt monochrome monitor's power cord hard wired into the overhead console in my Tundra which was a nice...

We just returned from a 2-night dry camping trip. Since it was only 2 nights I decided to go with our puny group 24 battery that came with the 1575 (we rarely use it and instead use a group 29 battery almost always). The group 24 (from our dealer) came with a crappy (group 24) battery box that is square. Fortunately, we live in the dry Denver climate. I googled the rain issue and maybe its our big heavy clouds. Who knows. We still like traveling with it to catch football games. I'm glad you enjoy your Tailgater. One connecting wire is a great bonus. As long as the clouds aren't too thick, it should be okay, but thick clouds will weaken the signal. The signal was great unless there was heavy rain. signal will rain fade
