Ryobi system tire inflator

Simon & B ·
Just bought one of these from Home Depot . I already own one of Ryobi's 18 volt ONE+ drill/drivers with two batteries, so it was a bit of a no-brainer. As it turned out, when I went to the service desk at Home Despot, they didn't have it handy, so they gave me $10 off because we had to wait for ages whilst they located one. So, it cost me $15 plus tax. Now, I already own a Viair 12V DC inflator, which has been great, except that unraveling the 12 V cable and 'raveling' it back up is a bit of...

Re: USB Powered Alarm Clock

I’ve started using a $2 app called “Desk Clock” on my iPhone. I like that the display brightness can be easily adjusted just by sliding your finger up or down the screen. HTH, Jim / crewzer

Re: 2013 Lance 2385

KS Farm Girl ·
Our 1885 is listed as a 2014, but was built in 2013. Our slide very likely is the same as your 2385. What are you needing to know? We did have to have the slide bolted into the wall as it had an issue with the frame pulling away from the outer wall. We did lighten the load in the drawers to less than 50 lbs each, which is what Lance recommends, this includes the outer storage area. Otherwise, we haven't had problems with it. Attached is Lance's 2013 brochure that may give you some info.

Re: TireMinder Smart TPMS - Smartphone Based Tire Pressure Monitor for RVs

VigII ·
Our Minder repeater is mounted in the lower forward nose cone of our 2285. Just inside the driver side storage pass-through door there will be a square panel covering a generously sized hole where one can grab 12V power from the trailer's running lights. I used Velcro to mount it against the back of the nose material. For future-proof troubleshooting purposes I covered the access hole with clear desk/floor protector so I can easily see the green light confirming the repeater is on.

Re: Dehumidifier

PNW Camper ·
We camp 3 seasons in the northwest and that means condensation here in the Pacific North Wet. We also experience lots of condensation. What works for us so far is this. We don't worry about anything that creates condensation. We know we will make it. We use whatever we need to. In the mornings, once we have had our coffee, we crack most or all of the windows for several hours, even if its raining. Then when we come home I plug in a serious dehumidifier. The little desk top ones aren't worth...

Re: Renogy 3000 watt inverter/charger

Myl ·
I can't answer for anyone else, but I put 3000w in mine because it CAN run the AC, and has a bit of headroom leftover for a knicknack or two (like a desk fan, which does a good job circulating that cool air). Not for long (I "only" have 400ah of battery), but there have been times it's paid off. If I pull into a rest stop for a break and the trailer is sweltering, I can kick on the AC for some relief while I rest and get a snack. Or at a Harvest Host and I just want to run it for a bit...
