Hi Engunir, The rally will probably only have Lance owners and anyone else who is interested in Lance are always welcome to stop by or camp with us! We don't have any vendors scheduled, but they're always welcome. Our knowledge base is pretty experienced, so if you or any attendees have any questions we are always there to answer any questions. Thanks Randy. We would have loved to have it for RITV 2016, but it doesn't look like that will happen. Dealer models first, and that maybe best, the assembly line maybe fine tuned by then. We're hoping for March. We've just spent 2 weeks detailing our 2285, shines like a new pair of patent leather shoes, even some new graphics!!! Will be good to see ALL of you in Oregon this Summer!! John and I will be there, with our 2013, 2285, at site 85-M. We're looking forward to it!

Been using this same rack for 3 years on our 2285. No issues. Do add a strap around the bikes and the upper ladder rung for extra support. Also did do two mods to make it more secure. One, a plywood face plate that slides onto the step behind the rack and provides a large contact area for the two foam bumpers instead of the bumpers sitting on the knife edge of the step. Two, straps that hold the rack tight to the ladder. Nylon webbings and two buckles from Home Depot.
