Re: Good Sam RV GPS
Last month we used our Good Sam/Rand McNally GPS for a cross-country trek - Colorado to Georgia, and return. Unfortunately, we were traveling without the TT (staying with family). The GPS worked like a charm. The main criticism I have is the speed limit it displays is often not accurate with the locally posted speed limit. This is not just occasionally, but a regular occurrence. I'm not sure why it's this way. In all other respects, we're really happy with the GPS. Don

I am a newbie, having just returned to Georgia from Poncha Springs, CO with my new 1995 trailer. I'd like to learn more about my Lance trailer and wonder if this event would be a good place to start. I understand that a lot of rallies are mainly truck campers. Thanks

The receptacles are 20 amp. Page 12 of the manual.(or look at the plug-NEMA 20 amp ) No need for the companion unless you are paralleling 2 generators or like the twistlok 30 amp plug.

I was camping across from Doug one time in Georgia I believe, anyhow I could not get on line with my phone hot spot...Doug brought his X over and we put the antenna on the roof on a cast iron frying pan I instantly got online....Doug turn off the power and I would loose internet connection...we tried this test a couple of times...when I got back I bought the new at the time "the Drive" I think it was...bought extra antennas and ran wire in my Jeep Cherokee that I set up to tow..so now I can...
