Re: Peek Polish
We mistakenly stored a bottle of water in the kitchen sink while underway resulting in some noticeable scratching. Once scratched the sink developed some serious coffee stains and we figured that we'd have to replace the sink. Robert suggested we try his polish before going through the hassle of replacing it. Sure enough it worked great! The polish cleaned the sink well and also smoothed some of the roughness so it didn't stain as badly in the future. We're believers too!

Re: Dometic LP GasChecker (LPGC10)
Bottom line - I'm still sticking to my C grade/rating. This will most likely get lost in the garage and I will continue to get a cup of hot water from the TT sink to pour on the TT LP tank to see exactly how much LP is left to run the WH to heat up the fresh water in the TT for me to drain from the TT sink.

Re: Informal Lance Get Together at Woods Canyon Lake AZ "Aspen Campground" - June 2018
Wow, I’m sitting here on the last night of the Woods Canyon Lake trip and thinking I don’t want to go back the the valley. Met some truly great people, laughed a lot, got a lot of photos to be posed here. Thanks to everyone that made the trip. Without all of you the memories wouldn’t be the same. We had a few windy days but the temps at night were great and not too hot during the day. Loved, loved, loved the 6pm happy hour! What a great time. I can now put another birthday in the logbook as...

Re: Nature's Head Composting Toilet
You got me thinking so, I got my wife to surf the net with me. We spent last night looking for compost toilets. Here are the 4 major makers that I found. Natures Head http://www.natureshead.net/tin...SKnswCFZNgfgodIB8G-w Air Head http://airheadtoilet.com/ Separett https://www.separett-usa.com/i...terless-toilets.html C Head http://www.c-head.com/ All four have advantages. One thing that the C head focused on was taking the urine and directing it into holding tanks instead of the bottle in...

Re: Nature's Head Composting Toilet
@Jim, you said: Once the fiberglass is in place the toilet can be hooked up to the venting, and a pipe installed to the urine collector that would lead to a drain pipe connected to the gray tank under the sink. Am I understanding correctly that you're suggesting draining the urine collector into your gray tank along with other waste water created when washing dishes, showering, etc.? Shouldn't you then always dispose of your mixed "gray" water in a human waste repository? Otherwise, gray...
