Re: Product Review: Eva-Dry 2200

I have the 1100 model, but I think they calling it the Petite now, for whatever reason! Eva Dry Petite (1100) I ran it at home in the bathroom as soon as I got it and I was pleasantly surprised that the darn thing actually does work! Good review! WoodGlue

Capt PJ- We put the same toilet in our 920, and if it works in our small bathroom, it will surely work in your's. We used the Low Profile model (Thetford 42170) because our toilet also sits on a raised platform (my legs still dangle a bit). This was one of our better mods, but of course your results may vary... -Grayden

Where-"ass" it's a novel idea, some folks who have the same sentiments as you regarding turning on the light have installed inexpensive, motion sensing lights in the bathroom. Pau hana is one that I know of. PM him for details if interested.

Re: POO-POURRI Toilet Spray

In my post retirement work life,I often get sent to different school districts. Staff bathroom facilities can run from plentiful to downright stingy where both genders share one remote bathroom. One day, I was coming out after just dropping the sultan of stink and there was an eager young female teacher waiting on her short break. I remembered the poo pourrri at home and now bring it with me just in case. The poor thing!

Checking reviews on Amazon, an issue is mounting under cabinet, the screws are too long and stick up into the cabinet. Did you find that an issue? Did you use different screws?

No but I used a Dremel to shave them down flush with the floor of the cabinet. I was tempted to leave them as is because we have drawer liners installed in all cabinets and it barely poked throw the bottom.

You can also use a backing block in the cabinet inside. Makes for a much stronger clamping connection but does interfere with interior space. Bob in Texas

I put the screws in my screwbox and mounted it with bolts through the cabinet bottom. Easy and solid, no sharp points.
