We've been using the Good Sam GPS for over a month now. Haven't used it yet for an RV trip (not before April of this year), but we did take it with us to Atlanta, GA over Christmas. So far, we're very pleased with it. We've been configuring it for the points of interest (gas stations, restaurants, etc.) we want it to display while we're on the road. I just ordered a pair of the B-D battery straps and some 4 digit MasterLock padlocks for our dual battery 1685. The battery straps just arrived and they are nice, heavy hardware. Much better than those nylon "belts" on our battery boxes!

A final wrap-up - Towed up and over Donner Pass (7,000+') today with the rig completely loaded (including our 5th wheel chest full of 3 cases of H2O, half a case of ale, generator, gas, etc.... Rock solid! For our truck and TT lower StableLoads are perfect! Here are a few shots taken at the Gold Run rest area near Colfax, CA on I-80 (The Love's semi dwarfs our rig, ha) -

Got my own Honda EU2000i generator today and my No Spill gas can and all the misc doodads,, It took abut 10 pulls on the first times to start the thing, but as of far, it's a great, super quiet genny, I put a magnetic dipstick in there to catch shavings, which are going to happen. I also installed a Hardline Tach/Hour meter, which was a lot easier on the Honda than the Smarter Tools Genny I had. Gassed up a with a little Sta-bil gas protectant, also put in 10/w 30 synthetic oil and will...
