Re: Honda EU2000i Generator Review

Nixamousa ·
Recently purchased a Hutch Mountain propane conversion kit for one of our two Honda gens. Anxious to install and gauge performance. Used one of two gens during a trip to Grand Canyon this past summer. Camping at higher elevations we found we did not need the 2nd gen since no A/C was necessary. We also use our gens as backup power for our home. We can run critical home circuits on one gen. Being able to tap into our 400 gallon propane heating supply makes this very handy for extended power...

Re: SUMMER CAMPING IN OREGON RALLY 2018 - (SCIO) Rally

Hey @RonK , welcome to LOA and the Lance Life. I noticed you posted your question in a thread tracking a Lance rally. Were you on the list to attend? If yes, we have dozens of people who would love to take you through your systems at the rally. If you were not attending, I assume you are looking for someone to stop by who lives close. You are 400+ miles away from me, so I am probably out for anytime soon. You might also want to start a new post with your question in the title. That way...

Re: Inexpensive Front Receiver

Lynn, even those there is some dynamic load factor in that capacity, and a front hitch would be used under relatively low stress conditions, I'd avoid going over that limit. My tongue weight on the 1575 ranges between 400-430 lbs.

Re: Micro-Air Easy Start--install and 2000 watt Generator

Ty J ·
I kept blowing fuses on my setup with victron and with Battleborn batteries running a/c till I replaced my anl fuse with T Fuse FYI. 4 x battleborns run a/c fully charged to 20 percent around 5 to 6 hours at 20 percent left at a tempature of 95 degrees outside. FYI. I have hond eu2200 now and runs on gas from hutch mountain, you lose supposedly 12 to 18 percent power running generator on gas according to Hutch Mountain. No problems running a/c though except my blowing fuse episodes.

Re: Traeger Portable Tabletop Grill (TPT+Grill)

H2oSmokey ·
Got feedback from Traeger about electrical use and they advise that on start-up the use is 300 watts for 5 minutes when starting up, then about 50 watts to run. So, my little 400 watt inverter will work off 12 volt battery power camping or power outage use.
