We have and use 2 large drying mats at home and really like them. On our current trip we found the perfect size for our counter extension. It was $8.00 at a local backpacking store. Always remove the negative ground first and reconnect it last and you won't have that issue! Thanks for the tip that, after 66 years, I had just neglected to remember. I suppose everyone screws up but taking off rings, watches & using an insulated wrench is still a good idea when working around that much juice.
