Torklift lower Stable Loads
I won a set of lower Stable Loads from Torklift and am sharing insight as to my experience so far. I received them through the Golden Ticket contest. Let me begin by saying prior to the Stable Loads I already added air bags, a sway bar and...

Re: Torklift lower Stable Loads
The adjustable stable loads I put on the truck make a lot of difference. They got rid of a couple of inches of sag, and they can be rotated out of the way when the camper is unloaded. This does not change the unladen ride of the truck. Does make for a firmer ride with them engaged.

Re: Torklift Lower StableLoads on a 2009 Chevy Silverado 1500 towing a Lance 1575
Yeah, the stops are installed so it should be a piece of cake thanks to your in depth descriptions and pictures! I fear I am going to have to go through and re-adjust the ball height. When I put the trailer on the ball it sags quite a bit. The WDH helps a bit and brings things level, but I think I'd like to see what effect these Stableloads will have. I'm open to readjusting the ball height if it eliminates the sag; if I can keep it level; and if it tows better (which will be wonderful--it...

4' works for our set up, but 6' would likely be best for 'margin' and still not sag. We don't use wdh, nice they have both.

Airlift 1000 HD Install and Review
I know there has been some mixed opinions about Airlift 1000 HD air bags on this forum. A little background. I have a 2018 Ram 1500 4x4 Big Horn. Rams ride darn near like a car however, I believe one reason for that is Rams have coil springs on the rear vs. leaf springs. So with that comfort comes a little trade off of “firmness” when towing. I have a e2 Equalizer trunion WDH professionally installed and while towing my 2015 2295 I still felt the rear suspension was a little soft and had...

Re: Airlift 1000 HD Install and Review
We had AirLift 1000 on our 2015 RAM 1500 and it was great, but we were towing a fifth wheel then and the payload was an issue (we were within limits) as was squat. After lightning consumed that truck and RV, we bought a 2019 RAM 1500 with 1000 lbs more towing capacity and more payload and our Lance, which is 1000 lbs lighter than the old fifth wheel. I am in the process of realigning the same hitch Jonathan has. Once that’s done I’ll probably get the airbags installed again. I see no...
