Such a great time! Everyone, and I truly mean everyone, was as fabulous as you would expect. I'll post all of my thoughts on that in the appropriate after-party thread when it shows itself. However, I need to discuss trains, raccoons, coyotes, & lions. Yep, you read that right - raccoons. So after 2 nights in a tent I actually got used to the continuous sounds of trains, coyotes, & lions, but this morning at 5:10 when I crawled out of my tent to start loading my car for the drive...

Hi Dave & Jerri, RITV stands for Rally in the Valley. It a rally at White Tank Mountain reginial park near Surprise, AZ. There is a thread in the Rally section of the forum. The Quartzsite get to gether was started last year for those on their way to the RITV. Just a few extra day of Lance owners camping with other Lance owners. Quartzsite is a mecca for Snowbirds in the Winter. It's going on the same time as the RITV. It a giant Swap Meet and RV show. And yes it's fairly safe, because...

Dave and Jerri, Normally only Gathering and Rallys are on the calendar. Not sure of your question, but the Quartzsite collection is an informal gathering of Lance owners in Quartzsite, AZ in January. It coincideds with 2 events, the Quartzsite giant RV show and RITV (Usery Reginial Park Mesa, AZ.) , which occur in mid January each year. If read this thread you'll get most the details. The response for this gathering has been great! We now have 26 participants, and we are full. If there are people who would like to attend but have not yet registered let me know by posting on the discussion thread. Earthwatcher - Location of the event is included in the discussion thread and can also be found at http://outdoornebraska.gov/ponca/ which is the site I used to reserve my spot. It looks like there are quite a few nice camp grounds along the Missouri River that I also searched on. I suspect I'll be headed back again to this general area for additional discoveries. NEW INFORMATION: The 1st Annual Great Plains Gathering will meet in the Oak Bluff Campground at Ponca State Park in northeast Nebraska. This is a beautiful area of rolling hills, forest, and cropland along the Missouri River. The Oak Bluff Campground is well shaded and protected from wind. The sites are relatively close together, so we will be able to go between them easily. Hi there, Our Group is open to all. All RV types. We started out as just TC's, but some in our group do to circumstances have changed RV's, and still wanted to participate in our events. Well we couldn't say no, so we added the Friends (to include all rv's) We to have changed Rv's so it only seem like the right thing to do. You are more than welcome to come to the 2017 Summer RAlly. reminder if you need to cancel please contact the group leaders they can arrange a transfer vs a site cancellation and some stranger getting the spot bapsjp posted: I just updated the hook-up site list (back on page 2) based on the updates in this thread. This will be my first Rally. It appears that the entire campground been reserved I assume for our group. Shall I check everyday for an opening or is there a list of those that want to attend but can't get a site. Those posting on here about cancelations and wanting to attend should go to the link above. This is just a rally info thread like all rallies have, anything else would be the rally discussion thread, again, the link above. So, those wanting to attend should PM one of the cancellations on the rally discussion thread. It appears that the park is not taking any new reservations at this time. So the only way is through a members cancellation.
