TST TPMS New and Improved Wide Screen Color Monitor

R&V Spiker ·
I just received my TST Wide Screen color monitor yesterday and got it up and running on the bench. Wow! The display is real nice with larger digits and added color. However, I do have a few issues I'd like to report. The new monitor is now powered by a 5 volt mini plug just like what one uses for their smart phone (Android, not Apple). This presents a challenge as I had the previous 12 volt monochrome monitor's power cord hard wired into the overhead console in my Tundra which was a nice...

See which view you are most comfy with.

I used Peek polish on a piece of stainless steel yesterday. I was able to get a mirror finish on it quickly. I highly recommend it for metal polishing.

SlimPort-to-HDMI adapter for mirroring phone on tv

Red Barchetta ·
I/we wanted an easy way to mirror my phone ( LG G3 (with unlimited data)) to the TT's tv to watch baseball games (I have an MLB subscription) & watch movies that are stored on my phone or that I have copies of through the Google cloud. So I ordered aSlimPort-to-HDMI adapter: http://www.slimportconnect.com/ I ordered it from Amazon ($31.20 with Amazon Prime): http://www.amazon.com/Official...ref=cm_cd_ql_qh_dp_t Here is an updated list of supported phones...

Re: Folding Bikes

firemanthreeo ·
I bought a Dahon Vigor P9 a year ago and thought it was about time for a review. It's light weight (for a folding bike) at 25 lbs and has 9 gears with a good range. At $800 it is priced halfway between a cheap Camping World bike and a high end Bike Friday. Bike Friday does offer an $850 model, but it is considered a travel bike as opposed to a commuter bike; the difference being a travel bike folds to smaller dimensions but takes longer to fold and may require tools, whereas a commuter takes...

Anyone with an Android phone can purchase a Chromecast mad by Google for about $19-25 and not only mirror your cell phone to the TV but also your laptop. (Windows or Chromebook) You can cast from either computer or phone to the the TV including Netflix, etc.

Re: Trailer-Aid "Plus" Tandem Tire Changing Ramp

pau hana ·
From experience; Changing flats, and replacing 2 tires on the same axle (using 2 Trailer Aids). Easy Peasy..no trying to get a jack under your TT. As of now I can't think of a reason to use a jack to ever change tires. EDIT: No finesse required without a spotter. Just look at your rear view mirror or just "feel" the trailer, which I do...

I know our axles are pretty close together.. Does it matter which one we get? the regular Trailer-Aid or the Plus? I just want to make sure there is no interference.. Joe

Doesn't matter which one. They're both the same length, the plus is 1" higher. Either one will work as I have used both, which I have.

The length doesn't interfere with the other axle if you place it so that you drive forward onto it if you want the front wheel on it (rear tire flat), and place it to drive backwards onto it if you want the rear wheel on it (front tire flat).
