StrongBack's Great Customer Service: We got our chairs, one Elite and 1 Guru, the Saturday before Mother's Day. The DW liked the Guru but even though her measurements fit the Guru's design she preferred the feel of sitting in the Elite. As I put the Guru away I spotted a minor assembly error.
