Re: Collection @ Quartzite Jan 17-24, 2019

Whatever you are comfortable with the weight full of water, what rig you have and how far you are traveling with access to good water before arriving are just some of the questions you can think about. The water in Quartzite at the Pit Stop was good and last year cost $4.00 to fill your tank. There is also metered water to fill jugs last year was 25 cents a gallon or 5 gallons for a buck. We have traveled both full of fresh and with limited quantities, we just factor in all the particular...

Re: Rally In The Valley 2017

Duncan&Dawn ·
We just bought a 1475 and live about ten miles from the meetup. However, Dawn and I both work and wouldn't be able to tow our camper there on time. Would we be able to hit the place in our truck (minus the camper) after work either day? We'd really like to meet some of the folks here and have the opportunity to learn a bit more.

Duncan follow the link below. Go to the discussion thread and read the post then choose which one you want to do. At this point you can request to be put on the wait list for the Group Area and/or you can get a hookup site in the park. https://community.lanceowners.org/top...in-the-valley-2017-1 BobnRobin

Re: RITV5

Gus ·
You're gonna have a ball... During the 2016 gathering, Marcia, @acmaintainer and I were in group camping. And, except for personal generators, Group camping is boondocking. Some others had regular sites with power, water and maybe sewer. For us though, it is about a 2200 mile trip, one way. But, the rally was not all we did. We went further into CA because the friend we had in tow , @setters wanted to put another state on his map.

Thanks, Gus! We are looking forward to the rally. Got it on our calendar to make reservations on July 1st for the 2019 rally. Do we pay a fee for the rally in addition to our camping fees? Can't wait!

Re: Rally on Vancouver Island!!

Hi Ted, We have travelled numerous times on both ferries. Travelling in peak season means peak pricers. The MV Coho has fixed prices on all sailings but some BC ferries have breaks on fares if you don't mind very early travelling. You need to goto the BC ferry website to see if any Fare Savers apply when you will be sailing. Reservations are a must for all ferries during peak season. Whenever we use the ferries we make sure it is worth the expense by staying a couple of weeks at our...
