Hello, My husband & I just purchased our Lance Camper 1191 this weekend and have recently become LOA members! This forum stuff is all new to me, but I'll give it a shot! Anyways, I was excited to see that there will be a rally in January 2014 at Lake Solano Park.. this is great because it's near where we live! Hi Engunir, The rally will probably only have Lance owners and anyone else who is interested in Lance are always welcome to stop by or camp with us! We don't have any vendors scheduled, but they're always welcome. Our knowledge base is pretty experienced, so if you or any attendees have any questions we are always there to answer any questions. To date, we have a whale watching trip planned and then there are always wine tasting trips, potluck dinners and such. We also plan on driving at...

Don't miss out on a chance to share your new trailer and absorb a lot of info from other Lance owners! Come up a bit early (like in the previous posting) and get yourself a site for the weekend. It's a great place to "break in" your new trailer!

Donna and I had a great time, even though we had to leave early. Was glad we got to meet everyone. Hope to see everyone in the near future. Got the trailer back from Tom's today, repaired Frig. It required a new controller board (normally takes two weeks if order (but they took one from another unit). They also had to replace the CO/Gas detector (it kept alarming). The Generator did not work any better back here in the valley, so I used the Costco liberal return policy and got a full refund.

It says it is sold out. Does that mean there is no more room for "another RV" or the tour is full or ????? We only live about an hour away, so I was thinking of camping nearby or just coming up for the tour and hanging out just for that one day withOUT our trailer. Is this allowed?

Well, we made it. There is a sea of RV’s here, every shape, model & size. Most seem to have a toy trailer and golf cart! Lots of Lance’s too! i think we will have sore legs by the end of the day!

Thanks, Roger Also, I know I paid for the two nights early on (2/19) but have been in Alaska since then and were unable to select a space number. Am I still going to be able to get a FHU site? Thx!

My wife, daughter, bulldog,and I will be arriving Thursday February 26th. My wife and I are going to renew our wedding vows (35 years) at 5:30pm. It's part of the attempt to break the world record of 1,087 couples renewing their vows at the same time. We'll be towing a rented 23' Pacific Coachworks Mighty Lite travel trailer with our 2014 Toyota 4Runner. Plan on finalizing Lance 1985 options at seminars. Still undecided on weight distributing hitch, satellite TV antenna, etc. Stop by if in area!

We just camped on Kenosha Pass (above South Park, east of Fairplay) with our new 2285. Great trip! Pulling the trailer with our Lexus GX470 proved to be no problem! Have camped for many years in South Park (we're virtually natives); one of the greatest places to camp/hike/bike in Colorado!

Greetings from White Oak Campground site # 71 !! Made the trip up from Florida with a 14 foot trailer in tow ( place for the bike to ride) The campgrounds are nice, the weather is exceptional and the countryside is beautiful. It looks like sites 408 and 410 are available. We have site 406 booked which is just around the corner from Shchuck. There is a disclaimer about the sites not being angled for easy trailer parking but we're taking a chance since the 1685 is relatively small. Besides, we have a hitch on the front of our truck which might help in a pinch. If necessary we could help you too!

If we were thinking of attending, how does this sort of get-together work (e.g., do we make our own reservation, or go through someone; is there any group-reservation/discount we need to know for making a reservation; are any group-activities planned;...)? Are there any issues if we came in a non-Lance vehicle? We own a Lance pickup-camper; but also have a (non-Lance) trailer that we'd like to try-out locally before using for any longer trips. Well folks, we're officially less than 30 days to our rally. We have 34 campers signed up for the rally! And maybe a few who made their own ressies. I've been thinking about a notional (and informal) agenda. Suggestions or comments/thoughts are welcome...nothing is carved in stone at this point. If there's sufficient interest, we can charter a bus or van for a wine-tasting excursion...please let me know if you'd be interested in sharing the cost...I have no idea how much that could be, but...

Hi there, Our Group is open to all. All RV types. We started out as just TC's, but some in our group do to circumstances have changed RV's, and still wanted to participate in our events. Well we couldn't say no, so we added the Friends (to include all rv's) We to have changed Rv's so it only seem like the right thing to do. You are more than welcome to come to the 2017 Summer RAlly. BBD, Attached is a video on the install of the cover, the only thing is, DON'T drill holes in the top as shown in the video. What you have to do, is go inside your trailer and drop the inside shroud to get to the ends of the bracket bolts. You may need an assistant inside to put lock washers and nuts on the bolt ends. May want to add a dab of (none perminent) glue to prevent nuts from backing off. Then put inter shroud backup and you're done! Easy? < https://youtu.be/4UQSR6wMehE >

We just returned from our first rally at flying flags in Buellton, Ca. We had a great time with some really great folks! It was there that we learned about the RITV this coming January. We also learned that it is fully booked already! A big disappointment since we live in the east valley (San Tan Valley, Az). We would like to put our names on the waiting...

Water levels in O'Sullivan Reservoir (Potholes Reservoir) fluctuate dramatically from spring to fall.
