We are new Lance owners ....a trailer, model 1985 as well as new LOA members. Is this rally strictly for Lance slide-in truck campers or any Lance product? We have camped several times at the Amana Colonies park. A great place for a rally. Chuck & Jane
Hi there, Our Group is open to all. All RV types. We started out as just TC's, but some in our group do to circumstances have changed RV's, and still wanted to participate in our events. Well we couldn't say no, so we added the Friends (to include all rv's) We to have changed Rv's so it only seem like the right thing to do. You are more than welcome to come to the 2017 Summer RAlly. Let us know if your interested. Go to the Present Rallies section to check out the details, or to our webpage.
Whoops, posted before I added all the info. Flying Flags is in wonderful Buellton, CA where there is plenty to do, such as visiting the great little town of Solvang, plenty of places to taste wine and there is a local brewery and even an Indian Casino nearby. The resort offers activities, like Boce Ball and Horse Shoes, plus swimming, hot whirlpool, Link To Activities & Eating We will be having a potluck on Saturday night, so bring your own plates and utensils, and if you have your own...
Hello all, we ordered a 2375 TT but won't get it until March of 2018. Would it be possible to come to this event on Saturday to meet a few LOA members, and see a few of the trailers? We don't live far and were thinking about driving up just for the day. Let us know if this request is acceptable. Thanks
Sorry that I have been away for a bit, but thanks for all the feedback. Now that we understand we can attend the Flying Flags rally on Saturday, do we need to register somewhere or can we just pay to get in for the day when we get there?
Very early for next years camping planning, but looks like we should be able to make our first ever Lance rally. Attended several Aliner rallies when we owned our Aliner and had a great time and met lots of great people.
Attention; Update: Since Branson Stagecoach Rv has changed things on us we now need you to CONTACT US if you are coming to the Christmas Party to ensure yourself a campsite. Contact us NOT the RV park. We have a confirmed 27 rigs signed up and the park is usually full when open so if you want a spot to camp you must contact us. we post on our events several places and there seems to be a lot of people saying they are coming but have not contacted us. Just saying your coming on one of the...
Always a good time when we can meet other Lance owners and talk everything Lance. We are in the planning stage of our travel adventures in 2017, our first year of retirement. This Lance Rally gives us a good time line for planning spring travel. We have had great times at previous T@B rallies. We were welcomed in our Lance after we sold T@BbyKay. We love our Lance 2285. Cool and comfortable. We live on the Gulf Coast and this is our best chance to catch a Lance Rally in 2017. We rarely see...
We'd love to be going. But this year the DW is still gainfully employed . It's a 3037 mile trip for us, and the way we drive, it'd take us "12" days just to get there. Next year, after she is retired and on MY time schedule.
We are registered and will be in E110. We are newbies and are looking forward to meeting everyone, learning, and enjoying a relaxing weekend! Please feel free to introduce yourselves! We will also be by to introduce ourselves too! We are really looking forward to attending our first ever rally!!
Hi..Gary and Laura LaPay with our new 2375.( they are building it this week).we been campers for over 40 years and are retired high school teachers. We are looking forward to meeting every one of you. We had a award, and sprite campers in the past which were extremely light for their times. That's what brought us to lance.we are at site D112 ....see you soon
Hi all, Okay, I finally got off the fence and decided to join all of you for this rally. This will be my maiden voyage in my new 1475, having downsized to this 14 footer from my previous RV which was a 40' class A bus, so I will be learning what it's like to live in a "closet"! Anyway, looking forward to meeting all of you and I am registered in site E109. Ed Ripper from Palm Harbor, FL, Lance 1475 pulled by Toyota Highlander
Linda and I are driving over from San Antonio, Tx to visit a couple of cousins and a friend Linda used to work with here in San Antonio. I was excited to see the announcement for the rally and signed up for it. We attended the LOA rally and factory tour last Sept. in California and really enjoyed that so thought we would give this one a try. We are in site E127.
My DW and I had been slated for site D132 but had to cancel. A family reunion at White Sulphur Springs, PA to celebrate Marcia's Uncle and Aunt's 65th anniversary and 90th & 88th birthday that same time frame.
We are looking forward to this weekend. Our first Lance Rally and only our second time to St Augustine. We are going to be in D100, so please come by. I anticipate we will be arriving around 7pm or so, so hopefully some will want to share some welcoming after the official reception ends at 6pm Safe travels to everyone!
Had a great time at our 1st Lance Rally in St Augustine this past weekend. Met a lot of nice folks and had a great time visiting and sharing ideas and information. Staff did a great job at insuring everyone had a wonderful time. Our compliments to everyone and looking forward to next year.
I wholeheartedly agree with the comments just posted by Tom Adams. This was my first Lance Rally and the entire staff went above and beyond to provide a super time. I really enjoyed meeting a wonderful group of Lance owners from all over the country, and looking forward to next year. Safe travels everyone. Ed Ripper Lance 1475
So I have a brand new Fantastic Vent with all hardware (white) that I can't use. I do not have the patience, or desire, to fashion some brackets for it to mount it like a Maxx Air cover, and I'm not going to drill into the roof. The shipping on it back to CW is more than it's worth. I regret not doing the research, and thinking about the fact that Lance clamps the Fantastics in. Anyhow, if anyone attending this soiree has any interest in it, let me know and I'll bring it. See ya'll soon.
BBD, they don't have to screw to the roof. When I did mine I made aluminum angle brackets and attached them to the vertical section of the fan housing. It's a bit more work but do able! Give it a second thought! To bad we had to cancel or we could have installed it! Maybe someone will help you. Good luck BobnRobin
