I wonder if they will tell you what went wrong. Well I know ours is different, we have an onboard compressor, I like to run it once in awhile to keep the air pressure up and mechanically have things working. I don't know but I like getting all my mechanical stuff up to temperature once in awhile. Glad that you've had a good responce from the company.
