Not full timing but on the road about 9 months a year since 2014.
I use to always use Pure Power Blue except when I couldn't find it, then it would be what ever RV tank cleaner I could find. Lately I've been trying the Happy Camper that a lot here uses.
My results are as long as you properly flush your tanks it doesn't matter what you use.
