We had “first generation” cap sensors with the little screws “. Since we did not receive the replacement pack of O rings, stems, screws , and OO screwdriver when we bought it. They referred me to TechnoRV that service their products. $12 later we will have them when we get home.
Never occurred to me that there are “generations” to the products in the RV. So now it’s another learning curve….
That is a little disappointing that TST did not refer you to the LOA store. We are a preferred dealer of the TST products and we even have our own custom battery replacement kits that come with everything you need. We even sell them as a 4 pack or 5 pack if you have a monitored spare. We also use only Duracell batteries. Maybe next time you replace them. 
If you ever want to upgrade your sensors, we have those too. Either way... I am glad you got it handled.
