This past winter I was asked to be a product evaluator by Torklift. I agreed and in exchange was provided free of charge with a set of GlowSteps and a Glow Guide Handrail. I would like to thank TorkLift for being a forum supporter, having an evaluator program and providing me with an opportunity to participate in their program.
After several months of cold, wet rainy weather and a major sciatica flair up I was finally able to install the steps.
Since I have the factory 7” lift on my 1995 it was decided that three steps would be needed. This replaces the factory 2 steps and portable aluminum platform that I’ve been using.
As others have stated these steps are very stable. They don’t rock or bounce when in use and the trailer no longer bounces around when entering or exiting.
And as you can see they do glow after dark. While the glow appears a little weak I think it’s entirely due to how late in the day it was when the project was finished and they didn’t have a lot of charge time.
Very pleased with the steps and highly recommend them.
