We got our chairs, one Elite and 1 Guru, the Saturday before Mother's Day. The DW liked the Guru but even though her measurements fit the Guru's design she preferred the feel of sitting in the Elite. As I put the Guru away I spotted a minor assembly error. I wrote StrongBack to inform them of both her preference and the minor defect. They got back to me right away and facilitated the return and the upgrade to the Elite with a private code to assure the Mother's Day discount. thumb
