Agree completely. My batteries failed, so had to use the keys. I hid the keys in my truck for just an occasion! Also, my TC came with this. Keypad failed after about 3 months. Emailed the company and described the problem. They sent me a replacement circuit board. Took 30 min to disassemble and replace. Excellent customer service!
